| 摘 要： | 实施“顾客导向”管理是在新的时代背景下成人高等教育发展的必然要求,也是我国成人高等教育管理改革的必然趋势。探讨成人高等教育“顾客导向”管理模式的基本内涵和特征,并对如何实施成人高等教育“顾客导向”管理模式提出建议,会对提高我国成人高等教育质量有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The implementation of "customer guiding"management is the demand of the adult higher education development under the new times background,also is the inevitable trend of our country's adult higher education management reform.This article discusses the basic connotation and the characteristics of "customer guiding"management pattern of the adult higher education,and give some advices on how to implement "customer guiding" management pattern of the adult higher education.This will give some inspiration to improve our country's adult higher education quality. |
