| 摘 要： | “大众创业、万众创新”是我们国家在新时代背景下实施新战略的重大举措。党的十九大报告中关于深化供给侧改革,鼓励创新创业,完善职业教育和培训体系等内容,指引着高职院校双创教育供给侧结构性改革和以人才培养为主要目标的职业教育创新发展。文章首先梳理并阐述了研究的政策背景,对双创教育供给侧改革的内涵进行了理论诠释。在开展综合性深度调研的基础上,统计归纳了问卷调查和访谈的结果,描述了高职双创教育供给侧的现状,并分析了供给动力不足的问题和原因,最后对改革路径进行了探索。

| Abstract: | “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”is an important measure for our country to carry out the new strategies in the new era.The contents on deepening the supply-side reform,encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship,perfecting the vocational education and training system in the reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have guided the supply-side structural reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education of higher vocational colleges and the vocational education innovation development with talents training as main goal.This paper firstly introduces and sets forth the policy background of research,explains theoretically the connotation of supply-side reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,and on the basis of development of comprehensive in-depth investigation and research,it summarizes the questionnaire survey and interview results,describes the current situation of supply side of higher vocational mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,analyzes the problems and causes of insufficient supply power,and finally explores the path of reform. |
