| Abstract: | This essay elaborates the necessity of the innovation on Student Party construction and explores how to combine the theory with the practice for a correct motives, how to combine the performance in schools with the training for a perfect selection mechanism, how to combine the talent training with the democratic evaluation for a better admittance system and how to combine the periodic evaluation with the critical tribulation for a strict management of student party members. |
