| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是实践性教学活动的关键环节，对高职人才培养起着重要作用。实践中高职院校分散式顶岗实习比例增大，实习过程风险增高，法律纠纷不断涌现。而由于法律的缺位，对实习生与实习单位关系认定模糊，造成实习生在法律救济的道路上障碍重重。文章重点对高职学生顶岗实习期间的身份定位及人身伤害事故的救济途径做一探讨。

| Abstract: | The internships are the key aspects of the practical teaching activities, vocational per- sonnel training plays an important role. Practice vocational colleges distributed Dinggang internship lar- ger proportion internship process increased risk of legal disputes are emerging. Due to the absence of the law, the relationship between interns and internship units identified fuzzy, cause intern obstacles on the road to legal remedies. Identity positioning of the article focuses on the vocational high school students during internships and relief ways to make a personal injury accident. |
