| 摘 要： | 职业教育的双重特性决定了它在整个国民教育中的重要地位。注重培养学生的综合职业能力是高等职业教育的培养目标,为此,要转变观念,制定良策,注重专业建设、课程改革和教学督导,建立一支优秀的"双师型"师资队伍,为提高学生的综合职业能力和拓宽择业渠道,打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The double characteristies of vocational education have confirmed its rmportant role in whole nationol education. The emphasis on training students' integrate vocation ability is the goal of higher vocational education and the demands of informational society and market economics ,also the demand of employment competition . The college leaders should be aware of transforming their old ideas , constitute good policy , and make professional construction, They should establish excellent double technique staffs in order to improve the ability , widen the employment rangs and make them more competitive . |
