| 摘 要： | 邓小平的综合国防观是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。在世界政治多极化、经济和科学技术迅速发展，各国之间的综合国力竞争和较量日趋激烈的今天，加强对邓小平综合国防观的认识和研究，巩固有中国特色的现代国防，对于繁荣社会主义政治、经济、军事、文化、教育、科技等事业，全面提高我国社会主义国家的综合国力，有着十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
