| 摘 要： | 我国人口老龄化和老年人问题,不仅包括了世界上各种各样的老龄问题类型,而且独具尊老、敬老、养老的文化传统,这就使我国的老龄问题有自己的特色。再者,我国人口老龄化正处于经济社会快速发展和转型时期,各种新问题、新情况也在不断出现。面对人口老龄化这一新课题,我们只有摸石头过河,边探索边实践。

| Abstract: | The problem of the old people in our country represents not only all kinds of typical prob-lems of the world but also the featutes of its own . It has the long-historical cultural tradition of respecting, feeling and supporting the old people. On the other hand, in the turning point of our country's economy, the problem of aged people should be studied carefully. During this period, many new issues appear con-stantly. According to the new facts, we must probe into this subject from different angles. |
