| 摘 要： | 以园林园艺类专业为研究对象,提出了明确中高职人才培养目标分层,以岗位职业能力为本位作为课程体系设置的指导思想。在认真分析人才培养目标、职业能力结构和人才成长规律的基础上,设计出中专分园林园艺专业和中专园林园艺专业合二为一的课程体系,以真正实现园林园艺类专业中高职人才培养的实质性衔接。

| Abstract: | With Gardens and Horticulture as the research object,the paper proposes that there should be different talent cultivating objectives for secondary and higher vocational education respectively and the curriculum should be established based on the orientation of professional abilities.Only in this way,can two levels of talent cultivating objectives connect with each other substantially. |
