| 摘 要： | 校企合作是我国职业教育发展的必然趋势。本文对深化和完善校企合作的一些亟待解决的问题进行了分析,包括校企双方没有认识到合作的现实意义、缺乏实施条件和相应法律法规不健全等等。最后对职业院校校企"双主体"如何合作培养人才提出几点建议,包括颁布校企合作育人的法律法规以及制定校企合作育人的政策等。

| Abstract: | The school-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable trend in the development of vocational education in China.The paper analyzes a number of problems to be solved in intensifying and perfecting the school-enterprise cooperation,including the practical significance of the cooperation,unqualified conditions for implementation and inadequate laws and regulations corresponding that both schools and enterprises have not realized.Besides,some suggestions are put forward on personnel training of the vocational colleges by "dual subject"(school & enterprise cooperation),such as,the promulgation of laws and regulations of the school-enterprise cooperation and making policies on cultivating talents through school-enterprise cooperation. |
