中小企业内部培训探讨

摘    要:中小企业因为生存压力大,竞争激烈,往往只顾企业的短期生产发展而忽视对企业员工的培训。特别是内部培训。该文首先分析中小企业加强内部培训的必要性,然后提出企业在实施内部培训时需求不明、计划不周、实施不灵、评估不足和风险防范不够等五个问题,并尝试从制度层面上对这五个问题提出相应的措施。

Abstract:Because medium and small-sized enterprises survive under pressure of fierce competition,they often only think much of short-term production instead of training.In this paper,the necessity of internal training is analyzed,then five problems,including ambiguous demand,poor planning,ineffective implementation,absent performance evaluation and lacking risk prevention are analyzed.Finally,corresponding measures are discussed.
