| 摘 要： | 网络思想政治教育作为信息时代一项新的系统工程，目前还处在起步阶段，笔者认为，应该从思想认识、设施和体系建设，丰富内容等方面寻求健康发展之路，使网络思想政治教育逐步适应网络时代高校素质教育发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Political ideological education on network is in the elementary stage at present as a new system in imformation time. The author think that we should seek for sound ideas to develop it through some ways such as ideology, educational institutions, construction of system,abundant content,and so on.And we shoud make it adjust to the need of the development of quality education in higher school. |
