| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对76例烧伤患者心理状况的调查分析，探讨健康教育的意义。方法：对76例烧伤患者进行心理反应观察，分析其思想动态和心理活动，结合每个病人的心理特点针对性地进行健康指导。结果：恐惧紧张13例．占17．11％；苦闷焦虑15例，占19．74％；孤独寂寞12例，占15．75％；悲观绝望10例，占13．16％；坦然26例．占34．24％。然后针对不同患者心理状况实施不同健康宣教方案．促进了其功能恢复和心理康复，提高了生存质量。结论：通过有针对性的健康指导．最大限度满足了病人的心理需求，使病人在最佳状态接受治疗、护理．
