| 摘 要： | 我国征信业的发展刚刚处于起步阶段，市场主体信用意识还停留在道德层面、信用信息处于封闭状态、信用法律规范缺失以及现行法律制度障碍是制约我国征信业发展的主要因素。我国应加快立法，以法律的手段规定征信机构的法律性质、信用信息的开放、征信机构的法律义务及责任。

| Abstract: | The development of China's credit investigation industry is still in its beginning stages. Credit awareness of market principals remains at the level of morality; information on credit keeps in accessible. Present laws and regulations are far from perfect. All these factors restrict the development of China's credit investigation industry. China should accelerate the step of lawmaking, make credit information accessible to all and stipulate the nature, duties and obligations of credit investigation organizations according to the law. |
