| 摘 要： | 经营城市是市场经济条件下，城市建设工作面临的一个新课题。该文分析了经营城市的紧迫性和必然性，简要提出了当前各地在运作中存在的不足，并从规划、建设、管理的角度，论述了经营城市的方法和手段。
