| 摘 要： | 庄子哲学的特色和精髓在于他的小宇宙哲学。他所提出的“我与万物为一”及其独创的“心斋”、“坐忘”、“朝彻”、“见独”，貌似神秘，被有些人视为“唯心”，其实是打开人类灵性与智慧的大门，是对人类学的独特贡献，具有永恒的价值。

| Abstract: | The special feature and essence of Zhuang Zi's philosophy consists in his micro-universe philosophy.He suggested a unity of the world and self,and created the practice of "heart fasting","sitting and forgetting","enlightenment in one morning" and "seeing the oneness alone".Although having been considered as mysterious and idealistic,Zhuang Zi's philosophy opens a door to human spirituality and wisdom,makes a special contribution to humanity,and has a permanent value. |
