| 摘 要： | 本文分析了影响决定图书馆发展模式的四个重要因素。即技术、资金、文化心态和制度变迁。认为模式的不同导致图书馆功能在不同时代的差异，并提出了21世纪图书馆的四种发展模式，阐述了它们的主要功能。

| Abstract: | The passage analyses the four important basis factors which influence and decide library's development patterns. They are technology, funds, cultural frames of mind and changes of systems. It considers that different patterns lead to differences of library's functions in different times. It advances library's four development patterns in the 21 st century and expounds their main functions. |
