| 摘 要： | 中国灾害种类多,造成的损失大。目前我国灾害损失的赔偿主要以国家为主体,要减少灾害的损失,我们要反思人类的行为,增强减灾防灾意识,同时逐步建立国家和市场相结合的灾害损失的赔偿机制。

| Abstract: | The disasters in China are various and cause a great number of losses.Nowadays the compensation for the loss is mainly carried out by the state.In order to reduce the losses,we should not only reflect on the human behaviors and raise their consciousness about the disaster prevention and reduction,but also build up the compensation mechanism of the casualty loss combining the state with the market. |
