| 摘 要： | 2007年12月，武汉城市圈被国家新批为“两型社会”综合改革试验区，圈中城市鄂州如何抓住这个历史机遇，更好更快地发展自己？该文认为，鄂州作为武汉城市圈中离武汉最近的沿江城市，也是“依武（汉）而昌”的新兴工业城市，理应率先成为“两型社会”建设的示范城市，并重点抓好产业结构调整、城市功能规划、行政体制的改革和推进政策创新几个关键环节。

| Abstract: | Wuhan City Circle has been approved as a ＂two-type-society＂ experimental district in December 2007. How does Ezhou, one of the cities inside the Circle, grasp the historic opportunity to develop itself better and faster？ The writer thinks Ezhou is the nearest city to Wuhan along Yangtze River in the Wuhan City Circle. It is also a new industrial city that should firstly be constructed into a sample city of ＂two-type-society＂. We must pay attention to some key elements such as industrial structure adjustment, city layout planning, administrative system innovation and the improvement of policy revolution. |
