| 摘 要： | 采用实证方法对新疆城乡义务教育资源配置情况做了定量研究，通过对比分析认为新疆城乡义务教育在财力、物力、人力资源配置呈现不均衡状态，影响农村教育质量的提升和教育公平的实现。在研究结果的基础上，提出几条政策建议。

| Abstract: | This Article uses empirical methods to conduct quantitative research on resources allocation of compulsory education in urban and rural of Xinjiang. The results of comparative analysis showed that the financial, material and human resources allocation of compulsory education in urban and rural of Xinjiang has unbalanced state. It affects the quality improvement of rural education and the implementation of education equality. The article also brings out some potential policy suggestion based on the results. |
