| 摘 要： | 高校图书管理信息化建设中存在信息化建设重视程度不高、馆员学历与知识结构分布不合理、图书管理信息化机制缺失等问题，应从强化图书馆人员信息化建设的意识、提高图书管理人员信息化素质、加大图书管理信息化建设的投入、优化图书馆的网络管理体制等方面提出解决问题的措施。

| Abstract: | This essay, starting from the current situation of library management in universities, aiming at problems like low respect for information construction, unreasonable structure and distribution of librarians＇ knowledge and education, and ab- sence of informationalized mechanism of library management, tries to provide tangible solutions from aspects which include furthering librarians＇ awareness of information construction, improving librarians＇ informational quality, increasing input on information construction and optimizing the network management system of university libraries. |
