| 摘 要： | 短期大学是日本二战后高等教育改革的产物，它满足了日本国民接受高等教育的要求，为日本的经济建设和社会发展培养了大批中等技术人才，日本政府对短期大学的立法，财政支持，短期大学通过为地方服务赢得当地民众的信任和支持等是短期大学迅猛发展的重要原因。我国有关部门应借鉴日本短期大学的成功经验，大力改革和发展我国的地方性短期高等教育，为我国的经济建设和社会发展提供强有力的人才保障和智力支持。

| Abstract: | Short-term wniversities coming from the higher education reform after worda war in Japar, meet the demand of national Japarese for higher education and educate large numbers of secondary technical human resources. The legislative and financial support from the goverment for short-term universities is a part of the important reason for its swift and violert development while the confiderce and support from local citizens by giving its own service to them cover the other parts. Some departments concerned in our comtry should draw on the toopericrce of how Japar devclopes its short-term universities, reform and develop our local short-term higher education vigorously in order to provide our economical construction and sovial dtvel-opment with powerful han on resources and intellectual support. |
