| 摘 要： | 面对全球以气候变暖为特征的气候变化,人类开始寻求低碳发展方式,城市作为人类社会经济活动中心和温室气体主要排放源,在全球低碳经济发展中承担着核心作用。以建设低碳城市作为研究对象,解释了低碳城市概念及内涵,总结了我国低碳城市发展现状,借鉴国外典型低碳城市发展的实践经验,提出了在保证经济稳步增长的前提下,适合我国国情的低碳城市发展途径。

| Abstract: | Humans begin to seek the way of low-carbon development when facing the climate change characterized by global warming. As the centers of social and economic activities and major emitters of greenhouse gases, cities are taking the core part in the development of low-carbon economy in the world. Focusing on low-carbon cities, this paper expounds the theoretical connotation of low-carbon cities, and briefly the typical experiences of low-carbon cities＇ development in foreign countries, which can be used for our reference. In addition, on the premise of guaranteeing the steady economic growth, it puts forward some development paths of low-carbon cities suitable to national conditions of China. |
