| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展,原有的经济体制产生的弊端不断显现,由此而产生的行政性垄断成为我国转轨时期垄断的主要形态。在学者们不断争论如何反行政性垄断及其相关问题的同时,备受期待的我国新设置的反垄断机构面对严重的行政性垄断却几乎无能为力,因此遏制行政性垄断必须另谋蹊径。

| Abstract: | With the economic and social developing, the drawback of the economic system has shown. In this economic transition period, the administrative monopoly becomes a main form of the monopoly in our country. The problem of anti-administrative monopoly has been discussed by scholars. And at this time, the anti-monopoly institution in China could do nothing with anti-administrative monopoly. So we must find the other measures to address this problem. |
