| 摘 要： | 量化考核是以具体量化指标来评价机构、团体、个人工作业绩的一种考核方法。一套科学合理的科研成果量化考核评价制度不仅关系到广大教师的切身利益，也是科研管理环节中非常重要的一部分。因此，认清科学研究本质，树立科学研究观；统一评价标准，建立成果评价共同机制；完善量化考核办法，建立科学、合理、公正、公平的科研评价体系，是迫切需要深入探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | Digitalized evaluation is a method to assess the work achievement of an organization, a body or an individual by detailed digital index. A set of scientific and rational evaluation system on scientific research achievement is not only related to the personal interests of great quantity of teachers, but is also a very important part in the scientific research administration. Therefore, the recognition of the essence of scientific research, the building up the view on scientific research, the unification on evaluation standards, the establishment of common mechanism on achievement evaluation, the perfection on digitalized evaluation measures and the establishment of a scientific, rational, fair and just evaluation system on scientific research are the problems that require urgent explorations. |
