| 摘 要： | 快速增长与低出租率同时存在说明中国的酒店业仍然处于规模性扩张阶段,但过高的床位价格并不就有利于酒店业的生存与发展。酒店床位的出租率与多种因素有关,能够使诸多因素发生偏转的、最为直接的因素就是酒店床位价格。把国内或某一地区居民收入水平和消费水平作为因子,依照黄金分割定律可以分别测算出酒店床位的最低限价、最高限价和最适宜的黄金价位。这些数值可以作为我国各地区、各档次、各特色的酒店对酒店床位定价选择的参考。合理的定价系统有利于增强旅游酒店的核心竞争力,也有利于提升服务水平。

| Abstract: | The concurrence of rapid growth and low occupancy rate indicates that China＇s hotel industry is still in the phase of expansion in scale.But the extravagant pricing in hotel rooms is not to the benefit of the survival and development of hotel industry.The occupancy rate is relevant to various factors,in which the most direct one capable of influencing all factors is the pricing of hotel rooms.Taking domestic or certain regional residence income and consuming level as a factor,by the law of golden section,the most adequate price level for the floor price and ceiling price of hotel rooms can be calculated.These values can be a reference for the choice of pricing for China＇s hotels in various regions on various levels and with various features.Rational pricing system is beneficial to the strengthening of the core competitiveness for tourism hotels and to the elevation of their service level. |
