| 摘 要： | 近年来高校毕业生就业形势严峻，职业指导工作的开展任重道远。针对当前我国高校职业指导工作的现状与存在的问题，结合大学生职业指导实践，高等教育转型期要构建全新的职业指导理念与实践模式，必须从三个方面着手：一是更新教育理念，树立大职业指导观；二是以人为本，构建大学生职业指导综合工作体系；三是加强职业指导理论研究，拓展内容，创新形式。

| Abstract: | With employment situation being grim for college graduates, the employment guidance work has a long and hard way to go. Aiming at the status quo and existing problems in college graduates employment guidance work in China at present, with consideration of the practice, three aspects are to be undertaken to construct a brand new employment guidance ideas and practice modes during the higher education transitional period： firstly, the education ideas are to be updated to establish the grand scaled employment guidance viewpoint; secondly, a comprehensive work system with people oriented employment guidance for college graduates are to be estabhshed; and thirdly, theoretical research on employment guidance is to be strengthened, the content to be expanded, and forms to be innovated. |
