| Abstract: | In term of the system and mechanism's associated coupling of the vocational education collectiviza-tion,the government's functions and the internal structure of the vocational education group,and the aim-or-einted approach of the value,analyzed the system path and system security of the current vocational educa-tion collectivization operation and reflected the new operating problems. |
