| 摘 要： | 阐述了学校管理模式的转变,而管理过程的人性化、管理方式的柔性化是时代发展的迫切要求,也是学校领导者建立自身影响力不可忽视的问题。分析了当前中小学刚性管理模式存在的问题,提出了中小学构建＂人本理念＂指导的柔性管理模式及有效实施柔性管理的策略。

| Abstract: | It is clarified that the transformation of the administration mode in the primary and secondary schools is the essence of deepening the current reform of school administration system.The humanization and flexibility in the process of the management are the urgent request of current development and the ways the school leader es-tablishes their own noticeable influence.The existing problems of the current rigid administration mode in the pri-mary and secondary schools are expounded.The pattern of flexible administration based on the ideal of ＂human-ism＂ and the strategy which how to carry on flexible administration effectively are put forward.The aim is to pro-mote the in-depth study of the administration mode reform in primary and secondary schools in order to seek to experts and colleagues. |
