| 摘 要： | 从当代艺术类大学生生理发育的变化以及学业压力、经济压力、情感压力和就业压力几方面分析了艺术类大学生心理压力产生的原因，分析了他们面对压力的心理反映，提出了从有利方面看待压力，采取积极行动，做有益于事态发展事情的心理应对方式。

| Abstract: | The causes of the modem art college students＇ psychological pressure and their psychological reactions are analyzed from the changement of their physiological development, academic pressure, economic pressure, emotional pressure and employment pressure. It is put forward that we should view the pressure from the positive aspects, take active actions and use the beneficial coping styles. |
