| Abstract: | Through the exploration of the core element of college teacher cultures： college teachers＇ concept of values, way of thinking and behaviors, the function of teachers in college curriculum reform is expounded. It is pointed out that college teachers＇ concept of values is the power, the way of thinking is the core and the way of behaviors is the key of implementing curriculum reform. |
