| 摘 要： | 分析了目前高校存在的重智育、轻体育等问题,阐述了高校体育与全民健身运动之间的关系,以及高校体育在培养复合型、高素质人才中的作用,提出了高校体育的发展方向要培养学生终身体育意识,高校要成为终生健身体育教育基地。

| Abstract: | Some problems such as attention to intellectual and contempt to sports existing in college sports at present are analyzed.The relationship between college sports and mass sports and the function of college sports in cultivating compound and high qualified talents are clarified.It is put forward that the development trend of college sports should cultivate the lifelong sports consciousness of students and become the lifelong fitness sports education base. |
