| 摘 要： | 在分析任务型教学模式研究现状和理论依据的基础上，重点探讨了采用任务型教学模式改革大学外语教学中应注意的实际问题，即对教师素质提出了较高要求；任务设计需要考虑任务的真实性、难度、可操作性、趣味性等诸多因素；课堂上的任务应以“任务链”或“任务系列”形式出现，并提出相应的解决问题建议。
