| 摘 要： | 本文从我国市场经济体制的角度入手，分析了假冒商品在我国赖以存在的历史根源及现实基础，阐述了我国现行法律在打假中所起到的作用及其存在的不足，说明了在打击假冒的过程中，健全社会主义法制的紧迫性和重要意义。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the historical origin and realistic foundation of the fake commodities on which they rely for existence according to our current market economical system.Also it states the effect and the weakness of our current law in fighting against the fakes.At the same time,it illustrates the importance and the urgency of perfecting the Socialism Legal System in the process of fighting against the fake commodities. |
