| 摘 要： | 采用单项评价分值的方法对1995年、1998年的师范院校大学生体质状况进行对比分析。结果表明，师范院校大学生体质综合水平提高；其体形均向细高发展；机能状态呈下降趋势；身体素质显著提高，其中柔韧相对薄弱。同时揭示了当前大学生体质发展中存在的弊端，并提出建议。

| Abstract: | Having compared and analyzed the physique of normal college students,who are in 1995 and 1998,by using monomial scoring is adopted in this article.The result demonstrates that the physique of the normal college students has improved in general;the shape of their figures is approaching to slim;the function of their bodies is in a decline tendency.The quality of their bodies has improved dramatically,but the flexibility and endurance are weak in a sense.Meanwhile,the disadvantages in their physique development and countermeasures are presented. |
