| 摘 要： | 随着大学毕业生人数的增多，就业压力也随之增大。大学毕业生的心理素质正面临着严峻的考验。本文从就业压力产生的原因，就业压力引发的心理问题，努力提高心理承受力三方面，对大学生的就业压力及心理承受力进行了初步的分析和论述，旨在提高大学生心理承受力，沉着冷静地面对当前巨大的就业压力。

| Abstract: | With the increase in the number of graduates,the stress on obtaining employment is becoming more and more rigorous;the psychological quality of graduates is facing a severe test.This article gives a preliminary analysis and discussion on the stress on obtaining employment of college students and psychological capability of adapting themselves to it from the following three aspects:the cause of the stress on obtaining employment,psychological problems caused by it and the enhancement of psychological capability of adapting themselves to it.The purpose of this article is to enhance psychological capability of college students of adapting themselves to the stress on obtaining employment and make them face the enormous stress calmly. |
