| 摘 要： | 伴随科学技术的发展，电子计算机被大规模地用在了办公自动化方面，大大提高了工作效率和管理水平。文件是档案的前身，文件处理、信息管理及办公方法、方式的变革，必然对档案管理产生重大影响。办公自动化能够促进并实现档案管理的自动化、现代化，有助于“文件与档案管理一体化”的实现，从而使档案管理工作产生变革，并促使档案管理人员提高科学文化知识水平。
