| Abstract: | The policy of Replacing Tusi （local administrators in minority areas appointed by the Central Government） to Mobile Officials in Ming Dynasty had had great positive influence on the politics, economy and culture of every ethnic regions. However, accompanied by military conquests,the policy was not thorough and had brought new national oppression and had led to an increase in administrative expenses and other limitations. |
