| 摘 要： | 教学质量,是高等院校的生命线.加强教学质量管理,则是提高教学质量的首要任务.如何加强教学质量管理,笔者认为,必须在统一认识的基础上,构建校内教学质量管理体系,完善教学质量管理机构,建立教学评价与教学监控两个机制,抓好教学、管理、督导三支队伍,狠抓教、管、学三方面等,确保学校教育教学质量的提高.

| Abstract: | The quality of teaching is the life-line of universities and colleges. Therefore, strengthening the management of teacher quality is a vital step in ensuring its improvement. This can be achieved by, firstly, improving the organization of teaching quality management, and closely monitoring teaching assessment and supervision. Secondly, three teams composed of teaching, managing, and supervising groups should be effectively managed to enhance the related aspects and guarantee the improvement of teaching quality and learning outcomes. |
