高职院校教师绩效评价体系的构建

摘    要:根据高职院校的特点,提出了教师绩效评价体系的构建原则;高职院校教师绩效评价的内容包括基本素质、专业水平、教学能力、工作成果四个方面。在此基础上,构建了高职院校教师绩效评价指标体系、评价标准与评价办法。

System Construction of Judgment on Teacher Performance in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:The construction principle of teacher performance judgment system in higher vocational colleges is put forward according to characteristics of higher vocational colleges. The content of teacher performance judgment system in higher vocational colleges includes four aspects: basic quality, professional level, teaching ability, achievements. Index system, criteria and methods of teacher performance judgment were correspondingly constructed.
