| 摘 要： | 新时期，知识经济加速化、经济全球化，科学技术迅猛发展，高等教育转型，对高校德育提出了新的挑战。为迎接新的挑战，必须采取新的对策：更新教育观念，扩展教育视野，构建德育新体系，加强德育理论研究等。

| Abstract: | In new period, the speeding up of knowledge economy, the economic globalization, the rapid development of science and technology, and the transform of higher education are bring new challenges to moral education of universities and colleges. To meet the new challenges, new countermeasures should be adopted; educational conception should be renewed; visual field of education should be expanded; new ethical system should be constructed; and the research of moral theory should be enhanced as well. |
