马来酸酐接枝改性石油树脂及其在热熔胶中的应用

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MAH)为接枝单体和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂制备了石油树脂接枝马来酸酐(PR-g-MAH),研究了DCP和MAH用量以及反应时间对石油树脂接枝率的影响,并将PR-g-MAH产物应用于LDPE/POE/LLDPE复合物中,制备了热熔胶,研究了PR-g-MAH用量对热熔胶粘结性能的影响。结果表明,MAH成功接枝到石油树脂上;当MAH用量为8%,DCP用量为2%,反应时间为2 h时,PR-g-MAH的接枝率最大,颜色也较浅;PR-g-MAH的用量为20%时,制备的热熔胶具有最高的剥离强度,达到110 N cm-1。
