摘    要:采用SEM、BSE和EDS等技术研究了在锌浴中添加Sn、Ni元素后含0.36%Si钢热浸镀锌合金镀层的生长动力学及组织变化。结果表明:Zn—Sn—Ni合金浴法能够有效抑制含硅活性钢镀层的快速生长,获得厚度适宜、组织致密的镀层。

Effect of Sn,Ni content in Zn Bath of Hot Dip Galvanized Coating

Abstract:In this paper, 0.36% silicon-containing steels are used and the growth dynamics and microstructure of hot dip galvanized Zn-Sn-Ni (Ni% ≤ 0.12, Sn%= 1) coating of those steels at 450℃ are studied by a series of galvanizing experiments and by various of testing methods such as SEM, BSE and EDS. The results show that, the Zn-Sn-Ni alloy bath method can restrain the over-growth of galvanized coatings of reactive steels effectively and gain eligible coatings with proper thickness, and compact microstructure.
