| 摘 要： | 高等教育层次结构必须适应经济社会发展和受教育者的多样化的需要.随着社会经济结构的变迁及高等教育大众化,进一步调整和优化我国高等教育的层次结构十分必要.积极发展专科层次的高等职业教育,努力提高本科层次的教育质量,适度控制研究生教育发展速度,是当前我国高等教育层次结构调整面临的主要任务.

| Abstract: | The level-structure of higher education must be adapted to the need of the development of economic society and university students' diversity.It is very necessary to regulate and optimize the level-structure of China's higher education.With the changes of social economic structure and the massification of higher education,the following are the main missions for the level-structure regulation of China's higher education: To develop positively higher vocational education,to improve actively the educational quality of undergraduate education and to control moderately the pace of postgraduate education. |
