| 摘 要： | 教育是可持续发展的支柱。大学居于教育促进可持续发展的核心地位,在全社会迈向可持续发展的过程中扮演着示范性、导向性的角色。事实上,许多大学也已经敏锐地意识到自身的责任,在国际和国家层次的可持续发展条约、宣言和其他文献的推动下,发起或参与促进可持续发展教育的相关行动。但遗憾的是,几乎所有的宣言或宪章在现实中都没有得到全面有效的实施,大学的保守性仍然在阻碍大学转向可持续发展,大学亟须将促进可持续发展视为自身使命。
