| 摘 要： | 教育管理的多端性具体表现为教学管理维、行政管理维、财务管理维和后勤管理维等四个逻辑矢量。不同的管理维度有不同的管理目标、管理风格和管理要求，因而也就存在彼此冲突、相互抵牾的现象。从教育管理的育人目的来看，教育管理有整体性的客观要求，学校要教学育人、服务育人，管理的各端就必须像一盘棋一样，相互配合，相互扶持。对棋盘观念起积极作用和影响的，则是共同具有的伦理精神。

Each management has its aim, model and requirement . From the perspective of educational management , multifunction of educational management must be adjusted. What affects the multifunction of educational management is the spirit of ethics. |
