| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出了完善中国特色现代大学制度的任务,掀起了一场探索现代大学制度的新高潮。探讨中国特色现代大学制度需要从其内涵和基本要素研究着手。中国特色现代大学制度从宏观层面上要规范政府、社会与高校三要素之间的关系,从微观层面上要调整好高等学校内部权力关系的规范和秩序。

| Abstract: | Development Plan Outline for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)clearly puts forward the task of advancing modern university system with Chinese characteristics,which has aroused high enthusiasm in exploring modern university system.Research of modern university system with Chinese characteristics should begin with clarifying its concept and elements,regulating the relationship between government,society and university in the macro level and adjusting the order of power relations within universities in the micro level. |
