全国普通高校本科教学工作审核评估:成效、问题与发展策略

摘    要:普通高校本科教学工作审核评估是我国“五位一体”质量保障体系的重要组成部分,是提高本科教学质量的一项重要举措。通过对2014~2018年间开展的全国普通高校本科教学工作审核评估进行分析和总结发现:现行的审核评估提升了我国本科教学评估的国际影响力,促进了本科教学提质增效,培育了第三方评估机构,推动了本科教学跨省交流,完善了本科教学国家大数据平台,建立了评估培训体系,取得了很好的成效,但也尚存在一些问题。为此,今后需进一步从拓展评估的内涵、强化指引未来发展功能、加强信息技术运用、强化整改检查与结果应用、提升利益相关者的参与、发挥分类指导作用等六个方面加以改进和完善,以推进学校本科教育教学改革,提升人才培养质量。

Abstract:The review and evaluation of undergraduate teaching in universities is an important part of the“five in one”quality assurance system in China,and also an important measure to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.Through the analysis and summary of the national undergraduate teaching audit evaluation conducted in 2014-2018,it is found that the current audit evaluation has enhanced the international influence of undergraduate teaching evaluation in China,and promoted the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality and efficiency.It also cultivated the thirdparty evaluation institutions,promoted the interprovincial exchange of undergraduate teaching,improved the national big data platform for undergraduate teaching,and established the evaluation training system.The evaluation training system has achieved good results,but there are still some problems.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to further improve and perfect the connotation of evaluation,strengthen the function of guiding future development,strengthen the application of information technology,strengthen the application of rectification inspection and results,enhance the participation of stakeholders,and play the role of classification guidance,so as to promote the reform of undergraduate education and teaching and improve the quality of personnel cultivation.
