| Abstract: | The content of Tang Zhi-xiang's Article Clump of Education is profound.It mainly discusses the government's functions and duties in the development of higher vocational education under the condition of market economy.It holds that the government should lead the higher vocational education through keeping to the orientation of school-running and setting up good institutions,and play an important role in macro-control. |
