| 摘 要： | 给予大学章程一个合理的、明确的定位是制定大学章程的基础。本文从功能、目标及价值三个维度，对大学章程的定位进行分析，认为大学章程应具有维护大学组织理性的功能，表达大学组织“话语”的功能，记载与呈现大学历史的功能；大学章程的目标定位应强调以建立现代大学制度为基本目标，以提高高等学校办学效益为主要目标，以办学自主权的法律化为核心目标；大学章程的价值定位应坚持以人为本，坚持学术自由，坚持大学自治。

| Abstract: | The foundation of constituting the university statute is to provide it with a legitimate and unambiguous positioning.
