| 摘 要： | 我国目前关于反倾销立法中关于反倾销司法审查制度还比较简单，与世界经济强国相比，还有较大差距，在进入WTO后．我国在这一方面做了很大努力，然而在司法审查的管辖、诉讼参加人、司法审查的标准等方面规定仍需完善。

Although we have made much effort after the access to the WTO, we still have a long way to go before the establishment of a perfect system, especially in the judicial review of domination, litigation attendees and standard. |
